Creation counts use created dates; completions use completion dates. Dates use UTC. Corrections update current completion totals; reopened tasks are not counted as completed.

How these counts work
Tasks created counts task definitions once. Scheduled task occurrences are separate, including future dates generated by recurring schedules. Completed includes completed-late tasks. Pending and missed show stored task states; overdue pending tasks are called out separately.
Wishes fulfilled counts wish records, not redemption requests. Rewards enjoyed counts reward records with an enjoyed date, not repeated redemption requests. Unlocked rewards are active rewards whose goal has been reached by every active member’s positive lifetime ledger earnings, matching the app.
Current status includes deactivated and archived history. Only families explicitly marked as test fixtures are excluded from the platform view; unmarked historical test data remains included. Test administrators see only their allowed families.
Filtered activity excludes missing or invalid dates; all-time totals retain those records. A five-minute summary cache reduces database usage. This is a current record summary, not a historical event ledger or past-status snapshot.
